摘要
本次毕业设计的题目是网络舆情信息监测方法研究。本论文主要研究了实现舆情监测的主要技术,包括信息检索,社会网络分析和话题预测。其中,信息检索技术基于聚类算法和分类算法,本论文对当前流行的几类聚类、分类算法进行了简单分析;而当前较为流行的预测方法有BP神经网络、ARIMA回归模型、指数平滑和马尔科夫模型等,本论文对其建模过程做了简要介绍。在理论的基础之上,本论文利用指数平滑的思想和加权移动平均法构建了一个简单的原型系统。该系统基于B/S模式,采用MVC框架三层体系结构,采用JSP、SSH等技术开发实现。依次对系统做了需求分析、详细设计和数据库设计;最后采用开发集成工具MyEclipse进行了具体的编程实现。实现了话题热度时序分析、地域分布分析和趋势预测,能够对特定话题进行初步分析。

ABSTRACT
The graduation project topic is the research of public sentiment monitoring methods. This paper studies the main technologies to realize of monitoring public opinion, including information retrieval, work analysis and forecasting topic. Wherein the information retrieval is based on classification algorithm and clustering algorithm, the thesis take of the popular types of clustering, classification algorithm for a simple analysis; and the prediction methods, BP work, ARIMA regression, exponential smoothing and Markov models, are more popular in currently, this paper made theirs modeling process the basis of the above theory, this paper built a simple prototype system using exponential smoothing thoughts and weighted moving average method. The system is based on B /S mode, three-tier architecture using MVC framework, JSP, SSH technologies to achieve. After a needs analysis, detailed design and database design, I made the specific programming by development of integrated tools MyEclipse. This system achieves a topic popularity timing analysis, geographical distribution analysis and trend forecast, achieves preliminary analysis for a specific topic.
