基于单片机的数据采集系统设计
摘要
数据采集系统是指将温度、压力、流量、位移等工业现场的各种物理量通过传感器变为电信号,经过放大、A/D采样转为数字量后,由计算机进行存储,处理、显示或打印的装置。数据采集系统由传感器、模拟信号调理电路、数据采集电路三部分组成。
本设计主要是利用凌阳单片机集成的ADC模-数转换器直接将采集到的模拟信号转化为数字信号。将当前的温度结果直接通过串口传送至上位机PC,可以直接在LED端观察温度的数据值,并根据需要进行相应的数据分析和处理。
本设计系统不但能对单路信号进行采集,而且还可以对多路信号进行循环采集,最多可采集4路。在改变线性化程序的前提下,既可以采集温度信号,也可对压力、流量等信号进行采集。

Data Acquisition System
Abstract
Data acquisition system refers industry scene and so on the temperature, pressure, current capacity, displacement each kind of physical quantities(simulated signal) es through the sensor the electrical signal, again passes through A/D carries on the sampling to transfer the digital quantity, carries on the memory by puter, processing, the demonstration or the printing data acquisition system by puter, processing,the demonstration or the printing installment. The data acquisition system by the sensor, the simulated signal recuperation electric circuit ,the data acquisition electric circuit three parts posed.
This design is mainly use the ADC chip integration of sunplus converter directly to the analog signals collected into digital signals. The temperature will result directly through a serial port transfer first machine can be directly on the PC,we can observe the data of temperature on the LED, and according to the need for the corresponding data analysis and processing.
Not only this system can carry on gathering to the single-channel signal, moreover has also been possible to carry on circulation gathering to the multi-channel signals most may gather 4 groups. Namely may gather the temperature signal, simultaneously changes the linearized procedure also to be possible to the pressure, the current capacity equisignal to carry on gathering.
