本文主要论述了风机的分类、应用领域及国内外的发展状况。针对局部通风机进行了结构设计。该风机由集流器、叶轮、电机、风筒、扩散器等部分组成。风机的两级叶轮分别用两个相同型号的隔爆电机驱动,可根据需要来调节风压和流量。在风机的入口和出口处采用了外包复式消声结构来降低噪声。、流量大、风压高的优点,非常适合井下巷道的长距离通风.
本文主要的研究内容包括;(1)由给定设计参数进行了风机的第一、二级叶轮的参数计算。(2)应用等环量方法进行空气动力计算。(3)风机各部分的结构设计(4)流线罩与扩散器的尺寸参数计算。(5)风机噪声的控制。
