南昌联通本地传输网络规划建设方案分析.docx

摘要
南昌联通本地传输网经过多年的大力建设已初具一定的规模,其主要是以移动业务配套网发展起来的。近年来,随着网络业务的发展及电信运营商向多业务发展的需求转变,南昌联通现有的本地传输网在带宽供给、结构合理性、网络的可靠性、网络服务质量、业务适应性等方面还存在一定的问题和不足。并伴随着电信业的重组、第三代移动通信(3G)牌照的发放,如何应对两网整合及3G网络建设的开展,迫切需要通过适度超前的传输网络建设规模来优化整体传输网络结构,提高传输网络安全性,从而整体提升本地传输网的可持续发展能力。
本论文首先对MSTP、WDM、ASON三种主流光传送技术特点进行研究说明,并对面向未来IP化业务的发展趋势所采用的PTN和OTN技术进行了简单介绍,接着对本地传输网络结构分层模型及传输网络技术策略分析说明,尤其是3G传输网络技术。最后,阐述了南昌联通本地传输网络现状及目前存在的问题,结合网络技术发展策略分析和对传统语音、数据、2G/3G等业务发展预测,详细论述了南昌联通本地传输网的规划建设目标、发展策略、建设原则、两网融合策略,并提出了具体的规划建设实施方案。
