摘要
随着中国企业参与世界贸易的增多,中国对外贸易取得了长足的发展,中国产品的成本优势日益明显,在国际竞争中处于有利的竞争地位。但是我国产品成为越来越多的国家的反倾销调查对象,国外对我国出口产品的反倾销指控日益增多,频繁的调查严重影响了我国的出口贸易,使我国已成为世界反倾销最大受害国。
本文针对我国非市场经济待遇、外贸企业出口秩序混乱、增长过于迅速、缺乏国际营销经验和企业应对反倾销诉讼不力进行了分析。提出了提高产品质量增强品牌意识、调整市场结构分散反倾销诉讼风险、培养专业人才积极应诉反倾销、建立反倾销预警机制等措施。由此,我国企业如何应对反倾销就显得尤为重要。

Abstract
As the Chinese enterprise increase the participated in the tread of world, the Chinese foreign trade get a big development, the cost had the advantage of Chinese products, it stand on a vantage point in the petition. More and more country held anti-dumping investigation to our products, overseas increase the indictment of anti-dumping to our country export products day by day, a lot of investigation has seriously affected our country’s export trade, our country e to the biggest anti-dumping country victimized country in the world.
This article analyzed our country non-market economy treatment, the exports of foreign trade enterprise order was chaotic, the growth too rapid, lack of the international marketing experience, the enterprise not strength deals with the anti-dumping lawsuit. We need raises the quality of product and increase the consciousness of brand, adjusts the market mechanism and disperses the risk of counter-dumping lawsuit, breed up the professional and get the anti-dumping lawsuit, establishes the counter-dumping early warning mechanism and so on. So, our country enterprise deal with anti-dumping is especially important.
