基于PRO/E的搅蒜器结构设计及其注射模具设计
摘要:本文设计产品是当今炙手可热的厨房用品——搅蒜器,由于其造型美观、结构独特、使用方便,所以深受欢迎,应用前景十分广阔。本文主要工作分为两大部分,一是对搅蒜器产品进行三维造型:通过分析产品各个部分的功能,确定机构的运动方式和结构形式,利用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 。二是对搅蒜器产品关键受力塑件——搅蒜器下盖进行注射模具设计:分析搅蒜器下盖塑件的工艺结构及品质要求,利用塑料顾问对产品进行模流分析,分析和优化注射成型工艺参数,通过Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 、体积块抽取、模具装配以及开模运动仿真,利用Pro/。设计的整个过程实现了无纸化,有利于提高模具的生产效率和节约了生产成本,并大大缩短了生产的周期。

3D Molding and Design of Injection Mould
for Garlic Grater Based on Pro/E
Abstract:3D molding and design of injection mould for of the Garlic Grater are introduced, The Garlic Grater is very fast seller at nowadays. it attractive appearance, the structure is unique, easy to use, so it well received. The applicable foreground is very wild. This paper is divided into two parts, First, 3D Molding for Garlic Grater product underway, Analysis of some of the functions of various products, identify ways and structure of sport, and use of Pro / ENGINEER Wildfire to the entity modeling, Second is the Garlic Grater product ponent-Garlic Grater -covered under the plastic mold design, analysis Garlic Grater -covered under the plastic parts of the structure and quality requirements, Through the Pro / ENGINEER Wildfire provide the mold design features, Pieces of plastic injection molding process analysis, mold parting surface foundation, mold volume block extraction, mold open simulation, and mold assembly. And the use of plastic products consultant-flow analysis, and optimize the parameters, reuse Pro / ENGINEER Wildfire expert in the mold design system-on-design. In the whole process, the designer realizes a non-paper work which is beneficial to the efficiency of mould and decreases the cost. It shortens the procreative period dramatically.
