摘要
电动葫芦是起重设备的主要型号之一。它主要由减速器,运行机构,卷筒装置,吊钩装置,联轴器,限位器,锥形转子电动机等部分组成。本文根据设计任务书要求,主要对3t单钩移动电动葫芦的总体方案选择和确定,然后对传动系统进行设计。根据设计要求和目的,参考CD型电动葫芦首先对3t单钩移动电动葫芦进行工艺分析,选择合理机构及装配方案,然后对减速器和电动机进行外形设计,钢丝绳的选用及强度验算,卷筒的参数计算及验算,再计算齿轮的传动比,确定各个齿轮的参数,进行强度计算,选择合理的轴承、键、轴套等各种零部件,画出总体装配图。最后对齿式弹性联轴器作了一些简明的阐述。

Abstract
Electric hoist  is one of the main models of lifting equipment. It is mainly formed by the reducer, anizations, drum installation, hook device, the coupling stopper, conical rotor motor and ponents. According to the design task demands, this book mainly Against to 3t mobile electric hoist single hook selection and determination of the overall program, and then design the transmission system.
According to the requirements and objectives of the design, reference CD-type electric hoist on the first take the 3t mobile electric hoist with the single hook for the process analysis, select anization and assembly programs, then design the shape of the reducer and electric motor, selection of wire rope and strength checking, reel The parameter calculation and checking, and calculate the gear transmission ratio, to determine the parameters of each gear, the strength calculation, select a reasonable bearings, keys, bushings and ponents, to draw general assembly drawing. Finally, the tire type flexible coupling made some brief elaboration.

1吊葫芦的种类
:
手拉葫芦是以焊接环链作为挠性承载件的起重工具,也可与手动单轨小车配套组成起重小车,用于手动梁式起重机或者架空单轨运输系统。
手扳葫芦:
定义:
手扳葫芦是由人力通过手柄扳动钢丝绳或链条等运动机构来带动取物装置运动的起重葫芦。
适用范围:
广泛用于船厂的船体拼装焊接,电力部门高压输电线路的接头拉紧,农林、交通运输部门的起吊装车、物料捆扎、车辆拽引以及工厂等部门的设备安装、校正等。
