【内容摘要】:随着世界汽车对汽车的动力性、经济性、排放性和操纵性提出了更高要求,对于汽车的操纵性,汽车简单分为手动变速器和自动变速器,这次我要论述的是自动变速器里的最新成果----DSG变速器。DSG ,英文全称Direct-Shift Gearbox,翻译成中文就是“直接换挡变速器”。用更通俗的话来说就是“双离合器机械式半自动变速器”。DSG(Direct-Shift Gearbox)变速器是目前世界上最先进的、具有革命性的变速器系统,大众汽车在2002年于德国沃尔夫斯堡首次向世界展示了这一技术创新。新一代DSG变速器采用了双离合器和6个前进档的传统齿轮变速器作为动力的传送部件,主要与高扭矩的发动机配合使用。,用于制造DSG变速器,该工厂最大日产能为1000台。
