摘要
随着市场经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,住宅小区已经成为人们安家置业的首选,小区业主不但对住宅本身的美观 、质量要求越来越高,同时对小区物业的服务和管理也要求很高。这样要求小区管理者对物业管理进行宏观的和微观的细致管理,其中最好的办法就是用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统来实现对小区物业的管理,伴随着小区的规模不断扩大和住户的不断增多,下昂小区中的汽车、小区中的附带设施、小区的各项维修、投诉等也越来越复杂、工作量也越来越大。还依靠人工处理不但效率低,保密性差,而且时间一长还会产生大量的文件和数据,这样查找、更新、维护带来了不少的困难。随着计算机技术的不断普及和计算机处理数据的功能不断增强,用计算机系统来对小区物业管理已成为必要。
上大型的WEB应用程序开发时使用得最热门的编程语言,本文描述了JAVA技术的特点以及在互联网上的使用情况,介绍这种技术的重要编程方法,并以JAVA开发技术为核心的小区物业管理系统。本毕业设计就是利用Java语言来编写小区物业管理系统的,其主要开发包括数据库的建立和维护以及前段应用程序的开发这两个方面,实现了小区信息数据库的创建以及各种费用的收取统计汇总等。简要介绍了表单的制作过程、程序的编写、添加和最后的编译过程。
本系统会改变以往的手工操作方式,提高小区物业的管理效率。
