摘要
如今,大学校园逐渐趋于大面积化,且同学们在图书馆、教学楼与宿舍间往返频率高,由于路程比较长,导致在这个过程中所需要消耗的时间相对比较长,给同学们带来了很多的不便。为了提高效率,提供同学们学习、生活的便利性。在校园内设置校园电动车是非常必要的,现在已经有许多学校像闽江学院、福建师范大学等等,都已经在校内开通了校园电动车。我们学校在09年下半年也试运行了。
校园电动车主要是利用蓄电池提供电能,驱动电动机提供动力。电是可再生资源,而且电动机在运行的过程中噪音比较小,不会对环境造成污染。但是唯一存在的缺陷就是电池,因为电池的充电次数是有限的,并且废旧电池对环境有一定的危害。在电池技术一定的条件下,为减少电池充电次数、提高经济性,这就要求电动车具有高效率的传动系统。并且电动车主要的传动系统就是后桥,所以我们可以通过提高后桥的传动效率,从而提高传动系统的效率。由此可见,对于电动车而言,后桥是非常重要的一个部件。对其进行优化是十分必要的。所以我的毕业设计就选择一款校园电动车后桥的设计。

Abstract

School Electric Vehicle mainly use power batteries to provide electric motor to provide is from renewable sources,and motor running in a smallnoise,will not cause environmental the only defects that battery,because the rechargeable battery is limited,and used batteries were damaged by the certain conditions of the battery,To reduce the number of battery charge and Improve the requires a highly efficient drive the main drive system is rear axle,So we can improve the transmission efficiency by the rear axle,to improve the efficiency of shows,for electric motors Rear axle is a very is necessary to I chose the Issue of the school electric vehicles rear axle design
