C008 间歇萃取精馏法分离异丙醇-水

摘要本文采用间歇萃取精馏方法分离异丙醇—水共沸物。以乙二醇为萃取剂,进行了间歇
萃取精馏实验和溶剂回收实验,研究了不同操作参数对整个过程的影响。同时提出按时段逐步
提高回流比的操作对此过程进行了研究,塔顶最高组成为 %,过程时间和萃取剂用量大
大减少,萃取剂回收率大约 %。为间歇萃取精馏在工业上的进一步应用提供了一定的指
导作用。

Abstract Based on the different steps,batch extractive distillation is used to separate
azeotrope/water mixture by selecting glycol as the extractive agent. The solvent recovery and the
effect of different operation parameters are both studied. The new operation of increasing reflux
ratio with time is also deeply discussed, the maximum concentration of the distillate is %,
the time of the process and the amount of the extractive agent are also shorten. This supplies
certain guidance for the deep application of batch extractive distillation in industry.
