马宁油田马宁甲联合站工艺设计
摘要:该联合站拟建于陕西省靖边县天赐湾乡境内。联合站可在一块大约是300m×200m的区域上优先征用。站址周围无大型企事业单位及大型建(构)筑物,距离矿场油库38公里。该地区地势较平坦开阔,土质为黄土。
本论文进行了马宁甲联合站工艺设计。根据马宁油田的原油物性、天然气物性、气象、水文资料及联合站地形特征,建立一座联合站,使该区块油气集中处理,生产合格的原油、干气、液化气、轻烃。
在设计中,我们首先了解了联合站最基本的生产过程:站外来油经三相分离器、加热炉、稳定塔、增压泵、电脱水器、外输泵、计量等流程后,外输至矿场油库。而后,依据任务书所给数据进行基本参数计算,进而完成站内主要设备数量确定、选型及校核,和管线站内总平面布置。绘制了工艺流程图、平面布置图和阀组间安装图。
进行设计时,由于原油油气比低,采用密闭输送流程,用以减少油气损耗。考虑原油含水量高,采用加热流程和两段脱水工艺。并在原油外输时,对其加热,使其达到外输温度要求。在设计中,考虑到停电和泄露等事故突发性,设计了正常流程和事故流程,来满足油田生产的正常进行。
整个联合站设计以油气集输系统为中心,其他辅助系统互相结合,协调发展,使生产正常进行。

The Design of Ma Ningjia Central Treating Station

Abstract: The Central Treating Station of Ma Ningjia will be built on an approximately 300m×200m area, Shaanxi Province, about 38 kilometers from the nearest oil depot. This loess area is open and relatively flat, and there are no large-scale enterprises and large-scale buildings (structures) around.
This thesis is on the technological design of Ma Ningjia central treating station in Ma Ning oil field. According to the crude oil’s and the natural gas’s physical properties, and the meteorological phenomenon, hydrological data and the topography of the station, to build a central treating station to ensure the centralized processing of the associated gas and the production of qualified crude oil, net gas, liquefied natural gas, and light hydrocarbon.
In the design, the most essential process of production should be known first. The oil from outside would be transported into the field depot of the mine after having passed through the three-phase separator, the heating furnace, the electrical dehydrator, the booster pump, the stabilization column, out-transportation technological and the measurement in turns. The basic calculations of the parameters should be done on the basis of the job specification. The next is to decide the quantity and types of the major equipment, and calibrate them.
