摘要
本毕业设计题目为“3000吨/d小区中水回用设计”, 主要任务是对小区中水站的处理工艺系统进行设计。
通过对我国中水处理工程项目的研究,以及对多种中水净化工艺进行综合比较,采用“生物接触氧化法+混凝沉淀”作为主体工艺对住宅小区杂排水进行处理。该工艺具有运行安全,占地面积小,投资省,操作方便等优点。
本设计对该小区的地埋式中水站进行设计计算,并绘制2份总平面图,1份工艺流程图,主要处理构筑物图5份。
处理流程如下。
原水→溢流井→格栅→隔油池→毛发聚集器→调节池→生物接触氧化→沉淀池→过滤→消毒→中水

Abstract
“3000t/d district water reuse design” is the graduation design title; its main task is to design the reclaimed water treatment system of the water station in housing district.
By studying the water treatment projects in our country, and parison of various water purification process, the “Biological contact oxidation +Coagulation sedimentation” was as main process to dispose the miscellaneous wastewater from residential district. Operation safety, small occupation area, low investment, convenient operation, etc, are characters of the process.
The design calculation of buried water station in district was did, and two portion of total planar graph, a process flow diagram, five portion of main treatment structure graph were made in the design.
The processing flow as follows.
Raw water→overflow well→grid→oil separation pool→hairinter ceptor→water regulating tank→biological contact oxidation→sedimentation tank→filtration→disinfection→reclaimed water
