[摘要]建水县团山历史文化村的保护规划通过合理确定历史文化名村的功能,传承与发展其具有特色化的村镇格局,以建筑高度、人口容量、土地布局、道路系统、绿地景观、建筑整治与更新、基础设施等规划控制要素对村镇文化环境进行整体动态保护。避免了在社会主义新农村建设新一轮建设高潮中,对历史文化名镇的文化传承与发展带来巨大的冲击,使其历史文化资源的特色价值在当代社会得到不断升华。
