依达拉奉治疗脑血栓形成疗效观察
摘要目的:观察注射用依达拉奉治疗脑血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:对92例脑血栓形成患者进行临床观察,将患者平均分为两组,治疗组给予依达拉奉30mg,2次/日静滴,,1次/日静滴,观察两组对脑血栓形成的影响。结果:与采用传统方法治疗的对照组相比,采用依达拉奉治疗的患者在症状、体征、日常生活自理能力等方面得到明显改善和恢复。结论:依达拉奉的治疗效果显著,对于预防脑梗死具有重要的意义。

Abstract Objective:The curative effect observation of the treatment of edaravone to cerebral :TO clinic observation of 92 patients with cerebral thrombo-sis,patients are average divided into two groups,the tre-atment group is given 30 mg edaravone,static drops 2 times one day,the control group is given grams cytidine dip-hosphate,static drops 1 times one day,to observe the ef-fects of two groups of cerebral the control group with traditional treatment,using edaravone in treatment of patients with symptoms,signs, se-lf-care ability of daily life,etc,are received obvious imp-rovement and :Edaravone

资料与方法
本文收集92例脑血栓患者,所有患者均符合全国第四次脑血管学术会议关于脑梗死的诊断标准。头颅CT检查证实,发病48小时以内,排除严重意识障碍,严重心、肾功能不全者。将患者随机分为两组,对照组46例,男20例,女26例。治疗组46例,男24例,女22例。
方法:治疗组给予依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水100ml中静滴,2次/日,疗程21天。,1次/日,疗程21天,观察两组临床疗效及神经功能缺失情况。
疗效评估:在治疗前,治疗后7天、14天、21天,对所有患者分别进行神经功能评分。采用中国卒中神经功能缺损评分量表进行神经功能缺损评
