浅谈中小企业人才流失问题
内容提要:
中小企业在我国的经济发展中占有重要地位,发挥着大企业难以取代的作用。我国的中小企业从数量和对国民产出的贡献上都体现了他们是国民发展的主力军。
随着市场经济的建立和完善,企业间的竞争更为强烈,其实质也就是人才的竞争,因为人才是企业发展不可缺少的重要因素。尤其是中小企业的发展,由于其财力物力有限,不可能与大企业比资金,比实力。可见,人才对中小企业发展的决定性作用。然而,近年来,我国中小企业在发展过程中屡屡碰到人才短缺,人才流失等问题。如何控制人才流失特别是怎样留住核心人才已经成为现代企业的热门话题,同时也备受人们的关注。
本文主要通过对中小企业人才流失的概述和现状、原因的分析,提出了一系列人才流失的策略以促进中小企业快速的发展。

Abstract:
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important part role in our social- economic development. The small medium-sized enterprise is the major factor on the whole country’ development, such as quantity contribution and so on..
Under the market-oriented economy, petition is more important between panies. The substance is the talent’petition. Because the talents are very important especially the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise’s. As for money, material resources, and it pare with corporation on them. As a result of this, the talents are very important. In the recent years, during the process of panies’ development, it also meets this phenomenon that is lacking of the talents. At the same time the talents go out of pany to pursuit their own lives. And how to control this situation has e the society’s focus.
And this article can base on the outline and reasons then bring some tactics. The purpose is to promote the development of panies quickly.
