摘要
随着社会经济的发展石油的储备逐渐成为一国能源和经济发展的重要部分本设计是在充分了解油库所处地理位置和自然条件的基础上根据给定的生产作业量和油品的运输方式对该油库进行的一次常规设计以此巩固对知识的掌握和应用能力本次设计按生产操作火灾危险程度经营管理特点将各项设施分区布置轻油罐区和重油罐区根据规范布置罐位设置相应的消防系统和保卫措施装卸区的布置要便于生产操作采用输油管油槽车油轮等方式运输油品生活区设在库外与油库分开布置以便于安全管理
本设计由文字说明数据计算和图纸绘制三大部分组成
说明部分包括设计原始数据资料总图布置说明工艺流程说明平面安装图说明以及人员编制此外还有对油库的概述和油库应采用的安全措施作了介绍
计算部分包括油罐设计容量的计算装卸油设施的计算管路的水力计算选泵并校核加热器面积计算以及油库消防计算其中对油罐加热器面积进行了详细的计算
绘图部分依据计算和各种规范以及经济因素在最大限度满足生产要求的条件下进行了较为经济合理的布局并为油库将来的扩建和发展留有余地
