UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效观察
[摘要] 目的观察UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将80例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组40例,采用UVB照射同时口服泛昔洛韦片;对照组40例,单用泛昔洛韦片口服。两组均连续治疗1周。%,%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=,P<)。治疗组止疱、止痛、结痂时间及总病程均明显短于对照组(P<)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹安全有效。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of bined with Famciclovir tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. the treatment group was treated with bination of UVB and famciclovir tablets, and the control group was treated with famciclovir tablets alone. The treatment period was a week. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was %, and the control group was 62

Times required for blister disappearing, reduced pain, scab forming and the duration of disease in the treatment group were obviously shorter than the control group (P<).
