摘要
从方法上来讲,房产图的测绘与地籍测量在一定程度上有一定的相似之处,都是运用相应的测绘技术和方法,来采集和表示房屋的有关信息,本文主要讲述了房地产测图的基本知识,基本内容,成图的方法与原理,以及数字成图的方法。要完成房产图的测绘,首先,要通过GPS-RTK,全站仪进行野外数据采集,其次,再通过Autocad2006,。这才是完成房产图测绘图的一个完整过程。

引言
随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活质量也越来越高,房地产测量也面临着前所未有的挑战,房地产的交易管理也越来越规范,同时也促进房地产测绘的技术不断发展完善,房地产测绘也越来越简单化,准确化,本文主要简述了房地产图测绘的内容以及目的,以及外业的数据采集与内业成图,同时,我们发现在房产测绘还存在一些相关技术的问题,我们换需要相关技术的研究,去解决一些实际问题,才能更好的为社会服务!。


房产图测绘,是运用测绘仪器以及测绘技术和测绘手段来进行对房地产的位置,界址,占地面积进行测量,房产图测绘是房地产测量中的一项重要内容,它能表示出房产平面结构,能够使观测者一目了然房产的总体规划情况,要绘制房产平面图,则需要测量出房屋的实际边长,要计算出所占的面积,按照要求绘
