摘要
本建筑为某中学五层教学楼,框架结构,位于九江市,使用年限为50年,结构按7度设防设计,结构类型为框架结构,墙体材料采用水泥空心砖,门窗为塑钢门窗。立面简洁,屋面采用平屋面。
本建筑坐北朝南,分区比较合理,采用大空间办公,。
楼梯采用板式楼梯,全部为防火楼梯,基础为柱下独立基础。
在框架结构计算时,采用底部剪力法计算地震作用,采用弯矩分配法对框架进行分配,在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅,对柱的轴力进行了折减。
对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上,墙、板的重量传给梁,梁再传给柱,传力路线明确。

Abstract
