摘要
LWN系列浓缩离心机为中心进料,中心出清液,全顺流型卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机。由于物料充满全转鼓,并且全顺流,物料在转鼓内的停留时间较一般卧螺离心机要明显延长。对于厌氧污泥,剩余活性污泥等难分离物料无需絮凝剂也具有较好浓缩、澄清效果,污泥去除率90%以上,浓缩污泥的浓度可达8%左右,污泥体积减少量80%左右,该机可与其它脱水设备组成浓缩/脱水一体机组,既可提高脱水效率,又可节省大量昂贵的絮凝剂。
该机在江苏太仓新太酒精有限公司,用于酒精废水厌氧污泥及SBR生化剩余活性污泥澄清浓缩分离获得了理想效果。

Summary
LWN series concentration centrifuge is a horizontal scroll discharging sediment centrifuge with central feeding, central discharging the purify liquor and fully fair current type. The time for the material remains in the rotating drum is longer mon horizontal scroll centrifuge obviously, because the material full fills the rotating drum and it is fully fair current type. It has the better concentrating and purifying effect without ulating agent for difficult separating material such as anaerobic sludge, excess activated sludge, and so on. The rate of sludge removing could be higher than 90%, the consistency of concentrated sludge is up to 8%, the decrement of sludge volume is about 80%. This machine can be made up a concentration-dehydration integrative machine group with other dehydration fittings. It can both raise the dehydration efficiency and save the expensive ulating agent.
This centrifuge is being used for purifying, concentrating and separating the alcohol waste water anaerobic sludge and SBR
biochemistry excess activated sludge in Jiangsu Taicang Xintai Alcohol Co., Ltd and got the ideal result.

一、前言
厌氧污泥、剩余活性污泥等有机污泥均为絮状颗粒、密度小、颗粒细,需添加絮凝剂,才能进入卧螺离心机或过滤型脱水机进行固液分离,絮凝剂昂贵、运行成本高,添加絮凝剂还易影响部份工艺流程的运行,并造成二次污染[3]。江苏太仓新太酒精有限公司的废水处理工艺流程中,进入UASB二级厌氧前的污水的澄清及SBR生化剩余活性污泥的浓缩,因处理工艺上不允许添加絮凝剂,目前分别采用汽浮浓缩和沉淀池浓缩,效果不太理想。
