摘要:益生菌有防治腹泻、增强人体免疫力、缓解过敏作用、降低血清胆固醇等作用。益生菌的种类有很多,发酵乳杆菌、纤维二糖乳杆菌、弯曲乳杆菌、载耳布吕克氏乳杆菌、乳酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌等都是益生菌,它们居住在人体的肠道内,是单细胞生物的一种。现代社会中,随着生活水平的提高,现代人更重视营养。但是高脂肪、高蛋白摄入过多,食物纤维摄入过少,很容易导致体内菌群失衡,从而导致亚健康的状态甚至是疾病。有害的饮食习惯使肠道内的有害细菌大量繁殖,而在人体的肠道内不但居住着益生菌,还居住着大肠杆菌等有害菌和绿脓杆菌等条件致病菌,它们三者在人体的肠道内维持着一定的平衡,保持着人体的健康。若是当肠道内的益生菌数量减少到一定成度时,肠道内的有害细菌就会兴风作浪,人体的免疫力就会下降,而这时,条件致病菌就会趁机破坏人体健康,使人体更加虚弱,严重的,甚至会引起癌症,威胁人的生命。所以,我们利用益生菌改变人体健康状况是刻不容缓的事。在许多发酵食品中,也可以发现益生菌的身影,现在,人们已经开始利用发酵技术生产出各种富含益生菌的食品。

Harmful habits that the intestinal bacteria multiply, and in the human gut not only live probiotics, still lived such harmful bacterium coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa etc, they all pathogens in the human gut maintains a certain balance, keep the body healthy.
