摘要铁水罐是宣钢高炉铁水进入转炉进行炼钢的装载运输工具,铁水运输过程导致铁水温度降低,造成炼钢能
耗上升。根据宣钢生产实际情况,对宣钢高炉-转炉之间的铁水罐内铁水温度进行现场测试,针对铁水在铁水罐内
装运过程的温度变化进行研究,经过大量的数据分析、调研,得出铁水到达炼钢厂铁水温度及相应温降幅度,并探
讨了减小铁水温降的措施。

Abstract The hot metal ladle is a conveyance in Xuan Steelworks,which loads molten iron from blast furnace to
converter for steel- temperature of molten iron is decreasing during the course of
continuously leads to an augment of consuming energy in steel— sources of molten iron in xuansteel has been
introduced based on the application level. Testing of temperature between blast furnace-convertor was carried on.
Temperature drop of molten iron in the shipping process was studied. By analyzing and researching a large number of data,
the temperature and temperature drop of molten iron for the process from the blast furnace and the converter was found
out,and the methods to reduce heat loss of hot metal are discussed.
