雷达在船舶雾航中的应用

摘要:能见度不良情况下的船舶航行是航海上的一大难题,船舶在能见度不良水域中航行很容易出现事故,而雷达等仪器在航海上的应用对船舶的安全航行起到关键性的作用。
文中从能见度不良入手,从船舶瞭望、定位和避碰角度着重论述了雷达在雾航中的使用。然后浅述了船舶在能见度不良水域中航行的特点:由于能见度不良,不能及时发现附近物标、航标和周围船舶动向,给瞭望,定位和避碰造成很大的困难。然后针对能见度不良对船舶航行的影响,简要的介绍了雷达的使用方法,物标识别及局限性,并分别论述了雷达在瞭望,定位,避碰中的使用以及注意事项。最后总结,在雾航中船舶应该充分发挥雷达在定位导航和避让中的重要作用,但是过于依赖雷达的使用而不保持正规的了望也是不行的。

Abstract:It is a major problem and easy to accidents when ship navigating in poor visibility,then the navigation apparatus such as radar play a key role on the application of safe navigation of the ship.
This article starting from the restricted visibility,focuses on the using of radar from the Lookout,Fixing and Collision talking about the characteristics what ship navigate in the waters of in restricted visibility: Because of restricted visibility, it is hard to detect the near objects, aids and the movement of the ship navigate around the are great difficulties to Outlook, fixing and collision avoidance. Then for the bad visibility on the impact of navigation, a brief introduction to the use of radar, object identification and other limitations, and were discussed the use and precautions in the Outlook radar, fixing,
