摘要:近年来,随着我国的社会主义市场经济的发展越来越快,人们对供水质量和可靠性的要求不断提高;并且水资源的依赖程度也越来越高。然而传统的供水系统普遍存在着一下缺点: 供水系统的自动化程度低、可靠性差、水电资源浪费严重、供水效率低,同时,水泵长期高速运转后轴承可能发热磨损严重,将会影响到水泵使用寿命,也使系统的维护工作变得更加复杂。本次设计是基于PLC恒压供水系统,为了改善上述传统供水系统的缺陷,以恒定管网末端供水压力作为目标,运用现代变频技术来实现恒压供水。本次设计的供水系统主要由PLC、变频器、压力变送器、液位传感器、动力及控制线路、水泵以及整个过程的监控组态系统组成,用户可通过实验设备控制柜面板上的指示灯和按钮、转换开关来控制系统的运行。此系统能提升动态供水的可靠性和稳定性,真正做到了供水和用水的动态平衡。

Design of Constant Pressure Water of Buildings Supplying system Based on PLC
Abstract:In recent years , as China 's development of the socialist market economy, faster and faster, it requires water to continuously improve the quality and reliability ; and dependence on water resources is increasing. However, the prevalence of conventional water supply system about disadvantages: low degree of automation of water supply systems , poor reliability, hydropower serious waste of resources , low water efficiency , while the high-speed operation long after the water pump bearings may wear serious heat will affect the life of the pump , also makes system maintenance work has e plex. This design is based on PLC constant pressure water supply system in order to improve the above-mentioned defects of traditional water supply systems to the end of the work water pressure constant as the target , the use of modern technology to achieve frequency conversion constant pressure water supply . The design of the water supply system consists of PLC, inverter, pressure transmitters, level sensors , power and control lines , pumps and monitoring configuration system consisting of the entire process , the user can control lights laboratory equipment incase board and buttons , switches to control the operation of the system . This system can improve the reliability and stability of dynamic water supply , water supply and truly dynamic equilibrium of water .
