含添加剂细水雾灭火系统分析

摘要
细水雾作为哈龙替代品之一,由于灭火高效、无毒,价格低廉和对环境无污染等优良特性,在全球范围内受到普遍重视并获得广泛研究。但是,细水雾仍属于抑制熄灭火灾的物理方法,灭火效能要低于哈龙等化学灭火剂,并在某些特殊火灾场景下的应用存在局限性。因此通过向细水雾中添加其它物质,对细水雾的物理或化学性质进行改性,是提高细水雾灭火效率的有效方法之一,具有重要的理论和实际意义。
本文介绍了含添加剂细水雾的灭火机理,提出了含添加剂细水雾的分类方法,并结合细水雾灭火系统的灭火机理对碱金属盐类及氢氧化物等水溶性添加剂和泡沫添加剂等非水溶性添加剂的灭火效果进行了分析,指出了影响含添加剂细水雾灭火系统灭火性能的主要因素。在此基础上,论文讨论了目前含添加剂细水雾存在的问题,并展望了系统今后的研究方向和发展趋势。

Performance Analysis of The Water Mist Containing
An Additive Fire Protection Systems
Abstract
As one of Halon potential alternatives, water mist has been widely investigated around the world because of its high suppression effectiveness, non-toxicity, environmental friendliness petitively price. However water mist is still considered as a physical method of fire suppression. The efficacy of water mist is lower than chemical agents such as Halon 1301,and has limited application in special fire scenarios. In order to further improve the fire extinguishing effectiveness of water mist, there is recently a consideration of adding additives into water mist, through amending the physical or chemical properties of water,which is considered as one of the effective ways, has important theoretical and practical significance.
This paper, introduced the extinguishing mechanism of water mist containing an additive, proposed the classification method about it. Contemporary,This paper made analysis of extinguishing mechanism and performance of the water mist using alkalimetals additives which is the water-soluble matter and foam additives which is the non-water-soluble matter. Then, on the foundation of analysis, the main factors work on fire suppression effectiveness and the new problems that brought by the additiveswere pointed out. And, several suggestion and assumptionon the research of this new system was given.
