高速公路桥面防水层技术方案分析.docx

摘要
桥面防水层位于桥梁水泥混凝土板与沥青混凝土铺装层之间,它具有防水、保护水泥混凝土桥主梁和铺装功能,因此要求防水层具有足够的粘结力,使桥面铺装成为一个整体,发挥铺装的重要保护作用和功能层作用。目前我省高速公路由于防水层的选择和使用不当暴露出许多问题,如层间粘结力不好,抗剪性能差,致使沥青混凝土铺装早期破坏,不但影响高速公路通行和运营能力,而且造成经济效益和社会效益的巨大损失。针对我省现状,本论文从技术上、经济上论证哪种防水层方案更适于高速公路水泥混凝土桥面防水,指导桥面防水技术的正确使用,更好地发挥桥面防水层和铺装层的作用,有效解决我省高速公路桥面防水层及铺装早期破损问题。
本论文对高速公路桥面防水层技术进行全面调研,并对各种方案进行技术、经济比较,进行必要的试验,评价不同方案的桥面防水层技术性能,综合比较分析各方案的优缺点,根据辽宁省的实际情况,推荐出热熔改性沥青洒碎石技术更适合辽宁的高速公路桥面防水层应用,为省内高速公路桥面防水层技术应用提供借鉴和参考。
