Research on the Teaching Strategies of Foreign Literature Works in Middle School Chinese Education Abstract Chinese is a subject that takes a variety of paper as its carrier in order to cultivate students' ability to use the language and, meanwhile, promote students' cultural qualities as well as the abilities of understanding and experiencing of life . In the first chapter, the author describes the background, the purpose and role, and the significance of the research of this topic. Then, the second chapter analyzes the range of selection, standard, purpose and role of the works in the current middle school language teaching. Also, problems of foreign literature works like environment, system and culture in current middle school Chinese education in promoting students’ cultural qualities are discussed in the third chapter. Again, the fourth chapter both studies and summarizes the teaching strategies of foreign literature works in promoting cultural qualities of middle school students.
