目的:
用循证医学的方法,评价大黄蛰虫丸治疗乙肝纤维化的临床疗效,为大黄蛰
虫丸治疗乙肝纤维化提供科学依据。
资料和方法:
按照国际 Cochrane 协作网的系统评价方法,计算机检索 OVID 平台上的
Cochrane TR)、MEDLINE,中文检索中国期刊全
KI),维普期刊全文数据库(VIP),万方学位论文全文数据库,中
国生物医学文献数据库(CBM);手工检索 08 年的 10 余种中文核心期刊。对所
纳入的研究进行方法学质量评价,用 Cochrane 协作网提供的 进行
统计分析。
结果:
共检索到 12 个符合纳入标准的临床试验,共计 1015 例病人。Mete 分析显
示大黄蛰虫丸治疗乙肝纤维化与对照组相比较,在降低 HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ方面差
异有统计学意义。但方法学质量较低。
结论:
现有的有限证据表明,大黄蛰虫丸有明显的抗肝纤维化的作用,但仍需要
更多设计良好的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验加以证实。

ABSTRACT
Objectives
To assess the clinic efficacy of Dahuang Zhechong pills for treating chronic
hepatitis B fibrosis by using the ways of evidence-based medicine, and to provide the
scientific basis of treating hepatitis B fibrosis.
Methods
We searched the Cochrane Controlled Trial Registe (CCTR),MEEDLINE, and
CNKI, CBM ,VIP , WanFang data. The Chinese journals related to Dahuang
Zhechong pills in 2008 searched by hand. Two authors independently assessed trial
quality and extracted data from these Randomized Controlled Trial, then imported
them into the Mete-analysis by RevMan .
Results
Twelve clinical trials involving 1,015 patients were included. Duhuang
Zhechong pills have therapeutic effects in HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ on hepatic fibrosis. There
were significant differences between therapeutic groups and control groups. But the
methodlogical quality is considered low in these studies.
Conclusions
The Duhuang Zhechong pills have obvious effect on hepatic fibrosis. More high
quality trials are required.
