GENERAL
本规则是国际射联技术规则的一部分,适用于所有手枪项目。
These Rules are part of the ISSF Technical Rules and apply to all pistol events.
所有参赛者、领队和官员必须熟悉国际射联规则,并保证执行。遵守规则是每一名参赛者的责任。
All athletes, team leaders and officials must be familiar with the ISSF Rules and must ensure that these Rules are enforced. It is the responsibility of each athlete ply with the Rules.
适用于右手参赛者的规则,也适用于左手参赛者。
When a Rule refers to right-handed athletes, the reverse of that Rule refers to left-handed athletes.
规则除非特指男子或女子项目,否则必须同时适用于男子和女子项目。
Unless a Rule applies specifically to a men's or a women's event, it must apply uniformly to both men's and women's events.
