城市建筑第五立面规划设计研究-城市规划与设计专业毕业论文.docx

摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市空间结构逐渐地呈现出多样性和复杂性,城市生活中越来越普遍地出现了超高层建筑、人行隧道、高架桥、空中花园、地下铁、屋顶广场、建筑中庭和室内步行街等空间元素,城市空间朝立体化和复合化方向发展。这使得使人们的视觉观赏点提高,之前并不被重视的建筑屋面形态越来越多的受到人们关注。从城市的层面上讲,建筑屋顶的外观甚至比立面还重要,因为其不仅是单个建筑的“第五立面”,更是构成一定区域内城市肌理的基本单元,对城市的空间形态有着巨大的影响。
城市建筑第五立面作为鸟瞰角度下城市整体风貌的外在反映,是城市规划结构形态的立体化展示、城市文化和地域特色的重要载体之一、城市生态和节能技术的重要研究热点,其处理手法,色彩关系和形式组合规律等具有相对独立的研究价值。本研究主要是希望借助国内外现有的研究成果和实践经验,从城市建筑第五立面特色营造出发,对城市建筑第五立面规划与设计理论形成系统的认识,并在此基础上建立城市建筑第五立面规划与设计框架,丰富和完善城市规划理论体系,对各地的城市建筑第五立面规划设计实践活动提供一定的参考。
论文从城市建筑第五立面的研究背景入手,阐述了研究目的和意义,梳理了城市建筑第五立面的国内外研究现状,明确了城市建筑第五立面的概念和研究范围。并从研究层级和景观体系构成两个方面分析了城市建筑第五立面的构成,归纳总结了相关城市建筑第五立面的规划理论与研究方法,分析总结出城市建筑第五立面的五个影响因素,并对城市建筑第五立面研究在今后所可能面对的困难及困惑进行了阐述。在此基础上,论文提出了相对完善的城市建筑第五立面规划框架,在分析城市建筑第五立面规划原则前提下,从城市层面,分区层面提出城市建筑第五立面宏观控制策略和城市重点地段层面具体设计对策,并结合实际提出城市建筑第五立面规划实施策略,为设计成果转换为实践工程提供基础依据。最后论文从哈尔滨城市特点、规划背景、工作过程以及成果内容与特点四个方面对哈尔滨龙塔地区第五立面规划实例分析,希望以此建立起城市建筑第五立面规划的工作模式。

Abstract
With the accelerating process of China’s urbanization, the urban spatial structure has been gradually displaying diversity plexity, the spatial elements such as the super high-rise buildings, the pedestrian tunnels, the viaduct bridges, the gardens in the air, the subways, the roof squares, the building atriums and the indoor pedestrian streets etc have been increasingly appearing in the urban life and the urban space is running towards the three-dimensional plicated development, which has enhanced the view of the people and has made the previously neglected architectural roofing draw more and more attention of the people. From the level of the city, the exterior of the architectural roof is even more important than the facade since it is not only the “fifth facade” of the individual buildings but also the ponents pose the texture of the city in a certain area, exercising tremendous influence on the urban spatial patterns.
