Long long ago,the settlers(清教徒)
had to leave their home for freedom.
In first winter over half of them died.
Then the Indians helped
them how to fish, farm, and hunt.

Next year, settlers and Indians celebrated the good harvest and thank God. Then Thanksgiving es into being.
