高速公路沥青路面使用性能评价、预测和养护规划研究
摘要
随着高速公路通车里程的增加,高速公路的养护管理显得越来越重要。高速公路沥
青路面在行车荷载和自然条件的作用下,路面破损不断增加,其路面使用性能也将会不
断下降,最终必须通过养护来得以恢复和提高。本文从高速公路沥青路面养护管理这一
实际问题出发,对高速公路沥青路面状况调查、性能评价、性能预测与养护规划进行了
研究。
归纳汇总了高速公路使用性能数据的定义、指标和对应调查方法,采用高速公路养
护质量检评方法对使用性能进行评价,并以同济大学孙立军的衰变模型来描述江西省高
速公路沥青路面使用性能的衰变规律。在此基础上,结合现有高速公路实际养护发生量,
以养护所需沥青混合料为养护工作量,对损坏量和养护量的关系进行分析,分别得出了
符合江西省养护水平的小修和大中修养护量与损坏量之间的回归方程,以及小修和大中
修养护量随时间变化的回归方程。
在未来养护预测工程量和养护站点体制、养护半径及养护能力的约束下,对养护工
区和养护中心两层管理体制进行了明晰定位,重新考虑和调整了养护工区和养护中心的
规划布局,将“以点代线”的养护作业模式改变成“以点代面”的模式,并结合江西省
高速公路网给出了养护工区和养护中心的规划示例,以实现人员、设备效率的最大化,
资源消耗、资金投入的最小化,也为高速公路的养护管理构建一个稳定发展的平台。

Abstract
RESEARCH ON EVALUATION AND FORECAST OF EXPRESSWAY ASPHALT
PAVEMENT PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMING
ABSTRACT
With the increase in traffic mileage of expressway, expressway maintenance and
management e increasingly important. Expressway traffic load in the asphalt pavement
and the role of natural conditions, pavement damage growing, pavement performance will
continue to decline, and ultimately it must be restored and enhanced by the adoption of
maintenance. This paper researches on pavement condition survey,performance,performance
prediction and maintenance programming of expressway asphalt pavement from practice
question of its maintenance management.
First induce the expressway performance data definitions, index and corresponding
survey method, evaluate performance by standard method and describe Jiangxi expressway
asphalt pavement performance decay law with Sun Lijun decay model of Tongji University,
on this basis, take into account the maintenance of existing expressways actual occurrence of,
regard the requirements of asphalt mixture as maintenance workload, analyse the relationship
