涡轮螺旋桨发动机主减速器的设计
摘要
涡轮螺旋桨发动机是是燃气涡轮发动机中的一种,它主要用于时速小于800千米的飞机,目前在中低速飞机和对低速性能有严格要求的巡逻、反潜、或灭火等类型飞机中得到了广泛的应用,因此具有重要的研究意义。另外由于涡轮螺旋桨发动机的螺旋桨直径比较大,转速远低于涡轮的速度,只有大约1000转/分,为使涡轮和螺旋桨都工作在正常的范围内,需要在它们之间安装一个减速器,将涡轮转速降至十分之一左右后,才可驱动螺旋桨。
本文就涡轮螺旋桨发动机的特点,分析发动机的原理和减速器的原理,设计涡轮螺旋桨的主减速器。本课题采用两级NGW行星齿轮串联传动,由太阳轮输入行星轮输出。根据行星齿轮传动的传动特点以及减速器的输入功率、总传动比,输出转速以确定行星齿轮减速器齿轮的齿数、模数、中心距。并确定齿轮轴的大小及强度校核,以及输入输出轴的设计与强度校核。为了使传动更加平稳,本课题都采用花键连接。以及根据主减速的特点选择润滑方式与润滑油。另外就是箱体与行星架的设计。
