摘要
固定资产在工业企业中占有重要的地位,它固定资产就好比是企业的支柱一样,一旦企业的固定资产不运转了,企业的生命力也就不复存在了,伴随着市场经济的迅速发展,企业的固定资产起着越来越重要的作用。
文章首先对固定资产的相关概念进行阐述。使读者能初步了解一下什么是固定资产,主要有固定资产的定义、分类、特征、核算等基础知识,为对固定资产更深入的研究奠定了基础。又对利润进行了简单的分析,包括利润的相关定义,利润的计算公式,影响利润的因素及提高利润的方法和影响企业的指标。最后,本文利用计量经济学软件--eviews软件,对固定资产和利润总额进行了一元线性回归分析,得出了固定资产和利润总额的一元线性关系,确定了企业应该如何进行固定资产的投资,是企业的利润达到最大化。作为企业的管理者,应该在投资前进行合理的分析,降低企业的成本,为企业创造更大的价值。

Abstract
