工程管理专业精品毕业论文--基于建筑供应链的工程项目管理模式研究.doc

摘要
近些年,国际形势相对稳定,中国随着改革开放的大力推行,经济建设发展迅速,政府加强了能源、交通和建筑等行业的发展,进行大规模的建设。因此,建筑业的发展规模和速度相当可观,各方面的水平都有了很大的提高,供应链管理思想在工程项目管理中的应用也越来越受到重视。为此,文章分析介绍了目前国内外常见的工程项目管理模式,在已有研究成果的基础上,结合我国工程项目管理的发展形势,通过对建筑供应链的分析来研究合理的工程项目管理模式应用,得出以项目管理公司为中心的建筑供应链管理模式。

绪论
20世纪60年代起,西方发达国家开始研究项目管理的理论方法,并将其应用于工程建设领域,在20世纪70年代中期便在大学里开设了工程管理的相关专业。经过几十年的发展,目前西方发达国家已经有了较为完整的项目管理模式及研究体系。其作为现代管理学科的一个重要分支,在1982年被引进到我国,并于1993年开始正式推广,至今也已经有了近20年的发展历程。随着我国建筑业的快速发展,各种大型工程项目和高难度建筑不断出现,工程项目管理也越来越受到人们的关注和研究。经过长期的发展,国内也逐渐形成了几种特有的工程项目管理模式。另外,国外发达国家将建筑供应链的概念和思想作为未
