摘要
我国农村信息化建设已具备较好基础。但是,我国农村信息化建设仍然任重而道远,既面临集成化、专业化、网络化、多媒体化、实用化、普及化、综合化、全程化等重大发展趋势,又面对广大农村由于市场经济不断发展和小康社会建设全面推进而日益增强的信息服务需求。本文在深入分析国内外农村信息化建设现状以及我国国情、民情、农情,尤其是广大农民群众信息接受能力的基础上,研究提出了一套政府牵头、社会力量参与,能够让农民群众用得上、用得好、用得起、普遍受益的农村信息化建设思路。

Abstract
The rural informatization construction in China has a good foundation. However, rural informatization in China still has a long way to go, facing both integration, specialization, networking, multimedia, practical, universal, comprehensive, integrated and other major development trend, and the face of the vast rural areas due to the continuous development of the market economy and the construction of well-off prehensively promote the growing demand for information services. Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign rural informatization construction in-depth analysis and the situation of our country, the people, the agriculture, especially the basic information of broad farmer masses accept ability, research presented in a government-led, social forces, to let farmers in rural informatization construction ideas up, with good, affordable, universal benefit.
