本文论述的研究课题其思想一方面要研制出一套系统,即刀具破损声发射监测系统,该系统在加工过程中出现破损情况下能够对刀具的破损状态及时准确地发出警报,以提醒操作工刀具已经损坏,及时换刀;另一方面又要考虑到追踪当前国际先进技术,对刀具加工状态作定性分析,为将来技术上的发展和产品的推广应用作准备。

The Development of Tools Breakage Monitoring System Using Acoustic Emission Technology
Abstract
ThiS article mainly expounded the experimental method and the process of development for a typical Tools Breakage Monitoring System using acoustic emission technology It came from the tools breakage issues in the industrial production.
Firstly,the development direction of Today’s machinery manufacturing was concluded that the monitoring to tools working process is very the development of the tools working process monitoring and the
acoustic emission technology,the author pointed out that it iS practicable and effective
to monitor tools working process on-line by using acoustic emission technology.
Secondly,the article described the construction of the construction
composed of Acoustic Emission Sensor、Digital Storage Oscilloscope、puter and Monitoring analyzing the typical waveform oftools breakage acoustic emission signals,we can get the specific values to distinguish the valid tools breakage acoustic emission ,the author described the digital processing method and the application software programming in details.
