我国连锁商业企业经营发展的现状及对策探讨
摘要连锁经营在发达国家的经营中己经占据主导地位,成为当今世界发达国家流通领域的主要组织形式。在我国,连锁经营才刚刚起步,就已经显示出它热烈而持久的魅力,引起社会各界的广泛关注。因此,探讨我国连锁经营的发展策略,尤其在我国加入WTO,面临国际化的日益激烈的竞争趋势之时,对于其在今后获得进一步的健康发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。首先,本文对我国连锁经营的理论基础进行了分析,指出了连锁经营的概念、类型以及优势。其次,分析了我国连锁商业企业的发展现状和问题,一方面着重阐述了我国加入WTO对连锁业发展的影响以及我国连锁商业企业发展的优势及劣势;另一方面从企业和行业角度分析了目前我国连锁商业企业存在的问题,即在企业方面,连锁商业企业的营销和物流配送存在问题,而行业方面,市场结构和人力资源状况也存在问题。最后,本文针对问题从三方面提出了我国连锁商业企业发展的对策,即企业方面,要实施先进的营销策略和完善物流配送制度;行业方面,要加强规模化建设,并改善市场结构和重视人力资源管理,加强人才培养;政府方面,要加强对连锁商业企业的政策扶持和加强连锁领域引进外资的立法工作。希望本文能够给连锁商业企业今后的发展提供一些有价值的参考和思路。关键字:连锁经营商业企业经营发展 ABSTRACT The chain-like management in the developed country management hashold dominant position,and has been ing the world developed countrycurrent distribution realm anization our country’S,thechain-like management also just started,already demonstrated its warm andlasting charm,aroused the social widespread interest from all walks of ,to our country chain—like management discussion,especially joinsWTO in our country,faced with the internationalization when the petition tendency,will be helpful day by day to its obtaining the furtherhealthy development from nOW on,will have the extremely vital practicalsignificance.
