宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗剖宫产术后出血的效果分析.doc:..宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗剖宫产术后出血的效果分析湖南省绥宁县人民医院湖南邵阳422600【摘要】目的:研究宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗剖宫产术后山血的效果。方法:选取我院2014年9月到2015年9月期间行剖宫产出血的产妇60例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规止血方式,试验组采用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈的方式进行止血,比较两组产妇术后出血量和止血时间,并对两组产妇止血效果进行比较。结果:试验组产妇术后出血量较对照组明显更少,止血所用时间较对照组明显更少,并且试验组止血效果较对照组明显更优,两组数据间差异均只有统计学意义(P<)。结论:宫颈钳钳夹宫颈的方式治疗剖宫产术后出血的效果显著,能明显减少产妇术后出血量,并且缩短产妇术后止血时间,只有很高临床推广价值。【关键词】宫颈钳:剖宫产:术后出血;效果[Abstract]Objective::60casesofpostpartumhemorrhageduringcesareansectioninourhospitalfromSeptember2014toSeptember2015wereselectedandrandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheexperimentalgroup,,theexperimentalgroupwithcervicalclampclampingcervicalbleeding,:thetestgroupmaternalpostoperativebleedinggroupwassignificantlylessthanthatofthecontrol,hemostatictimegroupwassignificantlylessthanthatofthecontrol,andthetestgroup,thehemostasiseffectthanthatofthecontrolgroupwassignificantlybetter,thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupsofdatahassignificantdifference(P<).Conclusion:cervicalclampclampingcervicaltreatmentcesareansectionhemorrhageaftertheeffectissignificant,cansignificantlyreducethecesareansectionhemorrhageandrelationshipmaternalpostoperativebleedingtime,hasahighclinicalvalue.[Keywords]Cervicalforcepscesar
