[摘要] 目的:建立阿司匹林肠溶片的含量测定方法。方法:用 Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( mm×250 mm,5 μm)为色谱
柱;流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(43∶57);流速: ml/min;检测波长:276 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:阿司匹林进样量在
~ μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r= 6),平均回收率为 %,RSD=%(n=6)。结论:该
法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于阿司匹林肠溶片的质量控制。

Content determination of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets by HPLC.
MetHods: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol
and methanol-1% (43:57), the flow rate was ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 276 nm. The column temper -
ature was 30℃. Results: The linear ranges of Aspirin was at - μg (r = 6), the average recovery was
% with a RSD of % (n=6). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality con-
trol of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets.
