摘要
随着知识经济的到来,企业为了增强自身的竞争力,提高它的创新、反应能力、生产率以及员工的技能素质,因此必须提高企业的知识管理系统,而企业内部的协调能力是作为知识管理系统核心。办公自动化(Office Automation,简称OA)作为知识管理体系的基础支撑软件,成为企业信息化建设的关键。
本文在对目前办公自动化技术发展背景的描述基础上,结合对企业办公的需求分析,从功能角度上设计出了一个适合企业的办公自动化系统方案,重点研究了工作流相关技术和在Lotus Domino/Notes平台上实现Web访问方式的技术特点。接着在基于工作流的OA系统模型的基础上,提出了基于角色控制的安全工作流模型,使文档在工作流引擎的驱动下,在网络环境中流向正确用户。另外,论文从OA系统结构和性能入手,提出系统构建方式,提出“有用、实用、管用、好用”的系统原则,从而实现了符合企业办公特点的网络自动化办公系统。
在实际办公过程中,一份文档的正式形成,它所涉及的部门多,经办的不同职位的人员多,业务流程复杂,因此对协同办公的能力要求强。在结合我国的办公特点和在以东风裕隆汽车销售有限责任公司办公自动化建设为背景,提出了一套基于工作流的通过web访问的OA系统的开发方法。

Abstract
With the knowledge economy booming,many enterprises must develop their innovation, responsiveness, productivity petency for petition in society. So they must develop their cooperation. Office Automation (OA) as a basic software for knowledge management system is a key of information building for enterprises.
This thesis describes the project of an OA system adapting to enterprises from the function of point view based on the OA system development and our analysis. It focuses on the technology of B/S mode developed on Lotus Domino/Notes platform. And it presents a secure office workflow based on OA system model to make the document flow to the right figure user work by workflow engine. Another it presents a method of conformation and system principle of ‘usefulness, practicality, helpfulness, convenience’ when it considers the system structure and capability. So it realizes the OA system adapting to enterprises.
