NOx is posed of bustion engine and the industrial process of NO and to the NOx emissions harm iS serious,denitration received great attention in the field of environmental the control of NOx emissions need to study
effective denitration catalyst.
At present,high temperature and denitration technology has been very mature,such as: the denitration technology of coal-fired power plants above 350。C,there are a lot of mature high temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) Chinese coking industry
and a large number of civilian boiler flue gas,need effective denitration catalyst at low
the catalyst carrier,activated carbon has the characteristics of cheap is easy to be in this paper,I'm studying the carbon on low temperature of denitration. First of all,It was found that:at 80℃,oxidative modification of activated carbon has the
highest specific surface area and entrance,and the temperature modification of activated
carbon on the NO removal rate is highest,the denitration rate steady at 3 0%.
In order to improve the catalyst’S denitration performance,the use of impregnated metal liquid metal oxide catalyst urea in pickling liquid,not only Can provide some NH3, and Can make the metal oxide load evenly has better 1 00。C,the space velocity
conditions for 7500h~,load 5%of MnOx and 5%of Fe203 modified carbon base catalyst
has the best denitration performance,the initial denitration catalyst rate iS almost 1 00%.1ater
denitration rate steady at 86%.Experiment also found that add rare metal Ce、Co iS helpful to improve the denitration studied the catalyst life in low temperature,the study found that the catalyst in continuous denitration 40h(1 00。C,7500h以)still has a denitration rate of72%.
