摘要
变速器是汽车传动系统的重要组成部分,它对汽车的动力性与经济性、操
纵的可靠性与轻便性、传动的平稳性与效率都有直接的影响。随着汽车工业的
高速发展和汽车现代设计方法的开发和应用,人们对汽车变速器设计的要求越
来越高。
本文将可靠性优化设计理论应用到汽车机械式变速器的设计中,根据汽车
动力性要求,在保证零件强度和刚度可靠使用的条件下,以变速器体积最小化
和传动齿轮重合度最大化为目标函数,建立了汽车机械式变速器多目标可靠性
优化设计的数学模型。并通过 MATLAB 编程实现了对该模型的求解计算,最
终得到可靠性优化设计结果。通过可靠性优化设计方法与传统设计方法的对比,
得出可靠性优化设计在汽车机械式变速器设计领域是可行的,效果明显优越于
传统设计方法。然后,利用三维建模软件 UG 建立了斜齿轮的三维模型。
本文第四章中还提出了利用 VB 与 MATLAB 联合编写用于汽车机械式变
速器可靠性优化设计的应用程序,并通过基于 ActiveX 技术的 VB 与 MATLAB
数据交换的方法将其实现。本文编写的应用程序使用方便,但局限于本文的研
究对象,还需要进一步研究改进才能推广运用。
最后,对全文工作进行了总结。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is an important part of automobile powertrain. It has a direct
effect on automobile’s quality of momentum and ecomomy, controlling quality of
reliability and portability as well as driving quality of placidity and efficiency. With
high development of automobile industry and the appearance of modern design
method, the design of transmission is required more and more strictly.
In this paper, reliability-based optimal design method is applied in the field of
automobile transmission design. According to requirements for tractive performance
of vehicle and the constraits of the strength and stiffness of the parts, a
multi-objective reliability-based optimal mathematical model of auto-transmission is
established on the basis of the smallest volume and the biggest transmission gear
overlap of the auto-transmission. The mathematical model is solved by the
programme of MATLAB. paring the result of reliability-based optimal
design method with tradition’s, I get the conclusion that this method is feasible for
the field of auto-transmission design and it’s better than traditional design method
also. Then, the 3D modeling software Unigraghics is used to establish the helical
gear model.
