Clothing Culture Exhibition Hall is a multi-functional pavilion of our school integrating collection, exhibition, education and research together. The gross area of the pavilion is 10,700 m2, among which exhibition hall covers an area of 5,000 m2, and it is the largest clothing museum in our country.
What we see first is the screen. It briefly introduces the development history of Chinese clothing from costumes in the Han Dynasty and the Republican period to the western-style clothes and dresses in modern times.
The exhibition hall is divided into three floors and there are three exhibition areas on the first floor:

Chinese costume has a long history starting from the primitive society to the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, the Spring and Autumn and Warring States, Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui, Tang, Song, Liao, Xia, Jin, Yuany, Ming, Qing and the modern period. Costumes of all these dynasties with their distinctive features have attracted the worldwide attention.
It is extremely difficult to collect the ancient costumes. Therefore, pattern designs of these costumes are all copied from historical records.
