摘要
经济全球化使国际贸易领域的竞争与摩擦加剧,随着中国贸易人国地位的确立,越来越多的发展中国家对华产品进行反倾销,而且采取的制裁措施比发达国家更严厉,这种严峻形势要求我国企业必须对发展中国家对华反倾销的特点、原因有清楚的认识,从发展中国家的产业结构、反倾销法律环境、市场进入方式等方面制定策略,这样才能更有效地拓展发展中国家市场。
