摘要
在信息海量化、碎片化的今天,新闻观察是信息大海中的“瞭望者”;是审时
度势,为社会提供正确航向的“指引者”。“观察”无处不在,是采访中对细枝末
节的把握;是新闻人看待世界的方式;是观察家审视时局的角度;生活中的每个
细节,只要你愿意做个有心人,都有可能成为“观察家”。但本文毕竟不是生活琐
记,它是从新闻的专业视域出发,关于新闻观察原理的一次理论研究。旨在培养、
提高观察力的同时,利用这种能力,反省新闻行业内存在的问题,并积极寻找出
路的一个探索过程。
本文采用的是文本分析法和案例分析法相结合的方式,选取了 2011 年的许多
新闻事件作为切入点,分析新闻观察的具体对象,以及在观察的过程中怎样合理
运用观察思维等方面内容。同时,本文还将“观察力”作为研究的对象,分析它
的具体构成,以及在新闻案例中的运用。最后,本文还就如何规避新闻观察中存
在的问题,给出了一些意见和建议。
通过研究,本文认为目前已有的新闻观察中存在着诸多问题,比如由于记者
或者媒体自身的问题而导致的新闻失实;由于观察的角度不当,导致对本质问题
的“视而不见”;以及忽视新闻发展规律,不尊重民意的新闻报道等等方面。这些
问题的存在,严重影响了新闻观察结果的科学性和逻辑性。当然,新闻观察本身
是有局限的,但是为了尽量避免这种常规性的问题出现,笔者认为提升媒体从业
人员的观察力水平至关重要。

Abstract
In the information sea to quantify the debris today, the observation of the press is
"Outlook" in the information sea, is the stock of the situation for munity to
provide the correct course of "guidelines". "Observation", is a grasp of the minutiae of
the interview; news people see the world; the perspective of the observers look at the
current situation; each bit of our lives, as long as you are willing to be a conscientious,
are likely to be "observers". In this paper, after all, not a life diary, it is starting from
the news of the professional horizon, explore news observe the principles of theoretical
research, aimed at training to improve the observation at the same time, the use of this
ability to reflect on the problems of the news industry, and actively looking for a way
o
