的疗效及安全性。方法将59例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组30例,口服奎硫平治疗;对照组29例,口服氟派啶醇治疗。观察8w。于治疗前及治疗第2 w、4w、8w末采用潘氏量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8w末研究组有效率为90%,对照组为%。潘氏量表评分治疗2w末起两组总分、阳性症状分及研究组一般精神病理分,4w末起研究组阴性症状分及对照组一般精神病理分均较治疗前有显著下降;8 w末对照组阴性症状分虽较治疗前有所下降,但无显著性差异;研究组治疗2w末一般精神病理分、4w末总分及阴性症状分均较对照组下降显著,阳性症状分各时点与对照组比较均无显著性差异。治疗8 w末副反应量表评分研究组显著低于对照组。结论奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效优于氟哌啶醇,不良反应发生率低,且程度较轻, 安全性高,依从性好。
