筛选根瘤菌菌株与大豆和土壤间相互适应性研究
摘要
根瘤菌与豆科植物共生固氮作用是自然界固氮效率最高固氮量最多的生物固氮体系影响根瘤菌结瘤固氮的主要因素有土壤环境对瘤菌本身和寄主豆科植物本试验针对黑龙江省大豆主产区的主要土壤类型和主要大豆栽培品种,寻找与其相匹配的根瘤菌株,探索根瘤菌大豆和土壤三因素最佳组合,为筛选出优良大豆根瘤菌接种剂菌种提供理论依据。
根瘤菌宿主植物和土壤环境对结瘤固氮都存在影响,其中土壤是影响根瘤菌结瘤固氮的首要因素,其次为接种菌交互作用中,接种菌对土壤的适应性及接种菌与大豆品种的匹配性是影响共生固氮效果的主要因素,因此,要想获得最佳接种效果,必须针对土壤环境进行根瘤菌与大豆的最佳匹配。
固氮酶活性影响大豆产量,对大豆籽粒的蛋脂总量也有一定影响;固氮酶活性根瘤干重和酞脉含量之间呈极显著正相关;%%,%%pH值有所增加,其它营养指标较播种前变化不大。
