摘要
本论文在分析大港区域供水系统现状及特点的基础上,综合考虑其经济社会的安全发展与可持续发展情况,P质量管理控制模式对其进行全面的危害分析,确定关键控制点,建立应对措施;并采用GIS技术开发供水管网信息化管理系统,旨在为大港区域供水系统建立一套完善的安全供水管理模式。
P质量管理体系的理念应用于城市供水管理,综合考虑水源地、各自来水厂处理工艺、泵站、各供水管网系统、二次供水及各管理单位等环节和因素,P体系的原理与步骤对大港区域供水系统进行危害分析,最终确定四个关键控制点,分别为绘制完整的供水管网CAD图、独立供水管网系统不连通、部分供水企业为树状供水管网、供水管理方式比较落后四个过程,并为每个关键控制点建立合理、适宜、适用和可操作性强的应对措施, 将可能的供水安全隐患降到最低。
P体系进行危害分析后选取的关键控制点,根据基础数据和资料的可获得性与完备性,利用GIS技术建立多水源供水管网信息化管理系统,该系统包括管网输入编辑子系统、管网管理子系统、管网运行维护子系统、管线规划设计子系统、事故处理子系统、运行调度管理子系统和管网WEB发布子系统,形成一个集供水管网设计、运行、管理、维护、管网资源分析以及辅助决策于一体的综合管理信息系统,对实现大港区域供水管网系统管理科学化,提高供水管理水平,促进城市建设和经济发展具有普遍的实用意义。关键词:P体系GIS管网
Abstract
In this thesis,based on the analysis of the status and ch戤-acteristics of the Dagang regional water supply system,and considering the situation of economical and social safe development and sustainable,the advanced P qualitV
management and control model was used to analyze prehensive hazard of the
water supply was aimed to determine the critical control points,and establish relevant the GIS technology was used to develop a water work 1nformation management system,which was aimed to the develop a
comprehensive safe water supply management model for Dagang region.
The concept of the P quality management system was applied to urban water management·Considering the water source,water plant process,pumping stations,water work system,secondary water supply,management units
and other sectors and factors,four critical control points plete CAD drawings of water supply work,independent water supply system, arborescence water work in parts of water panies and
uncultured water supply management were measuremerlts for
every critical management points were established,and the measurements were reasonable,appropriate,applicable and operable,which were to minimize the possible water supply security risks.
